MUMBAI : Starring Nia Sharma as Nishigandha, the Suhagan Chudail, Debchandrima Singha Roy as Deeya, and Zayn Ibad Khan as Moksh, and produced by Nissar Parvez and Alind Srivastava’s Peninsular Pictures, ‘Suhagan Chudail’ premiered on May 27, 2024.
In this supernatural saga, a malevolent Chudail named Nishigandha is on an obsessive quest for Suhaag ki Nishaniyan, 'Solah Shringars' – 16 mystical adornments that will bestow upon her unparalleled beauty and the ultimate prize of immortality.

With each 'Shringar' she collects by sacrificing her husbands, her dark powers grow stronger.
It's been over four years since Nia Sharma has not done a fiction show, however, the actor did participate in reality shows.
As Nia has made a comeback to the screens, she seems to be extremely excited. It was only recently that we saw a BTS moment of her practising for a dance sequence for the show and now, she has shared some candid pictures from the sets of the show.
Nia is dressed in a black bralette and a lehenga and has posted a series of pictures with a caption that reads: ‘Chudail is Vibing in Black…’
Her good friend and actress Rubina Dilaik also complimented her calling her ‘sexy’.

In an earlier interview, Nia had mentioned, “She reveals that it wasn’t a conscious choice to take a break but she didn’t mind it while it lasted. “I also happened to ask myself why I sat for so long when there were offers coming to me left, right and centre. I wasn’t begging for work. I could afford taking this break and to just sit back and relax, and find a project that would suit me.”
