She aspires to be a page 3 socialite and the story revolves around the trials and tribulations of her family, that comprises her husband and three daughters. "The character has a wide range and that's what's exciting about the role. She wants to be a socialite, but ends up doing blunders...like gatecrashing into parties! She is a very emotional person, who is very worried about Nimmo," says Sujata, who gels quite well with her onscreen daughter, Nimmo, played by debutant Sanjeeda. "Oh! We are more like friends, we get along fine, we do a lot of masti on the sets," laughs Sujata, who has shot 35 days for Nimmo... So what are the changes that she sees in the medium, which she took a break from after Sony's Ye Meri Life Hai? "Well, Star One has come up! And I am happy that Nimmo...is being aired on One!," says Sujata. This is not the first time that the actor has been approached by Balaji Telefilms, but the lady decided to give in this time because she feels that this show is different from what she has done before. "If Balaji had offered me a saas bahu show, I don't think I would be interested, but this, as of now, seems different," smiles Sujata, keeping her fingers crossed!
