MUMBAI: Popular stand-up comedian and Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui is said to have tied the knot for the second time recently. Photos of him celebrating with his wife, Mahzabeen Coatwala, became popular on Instagram, although he hasn't officially confirmed the news.

In the pictures, Mahzabeen looks stunning in a purple salwar suit, while Munawar is dressed simply in a shirt and trousers. It is assumed that the cake the couple is slicing is their wedding cake as it has the word "congratulations" written on it.

Now, TV star and Munawar's friend Sumbul Touqeer Khan has reacted to his wedding with Nehzabeen. Talking about the same to Tellymasala, the actress sent her best wishes to the newly married couple.

Congratulating Munawar, Sumbul Touqeer Khan said, "Mujhe acha laga ki wo insaan phir se apni zindagi shuru kar raha hai kisike saath. I feel very happy for him and I wish him the best. Wishing him all the love and a happy married life and aap bas hamesha happy rahe aur khush rahe."

As per reports, their nikah took place on May 26. It is rumored that Munawar's second wife, who has a 10-year-old kid, is also divorced from her spouse. This happened only a few days after pictures of Munawar and his alleged second wife cutting cake went viral on the internet.

Munawar Faruqui's six-year-old son Mikael was born into a previous marriage to Jasmine. Munawar discussed his son with Mannara Chopra during their time in the Bigg Boss 17 house last year.
