Sumit Vats turns 'ghar jamaai', Himani Shivpuri to 'dominate' men in Big Magic's next

It’s the ‘order of universe’ that when a woman gets married, she will have to go and start a new life at her husband’s abode. But what if the scenario changes, and the women of a particular house dominate the men? And most importantly, what if all the men in the household are ‘ghar jamaais’? Wow, an interesting scenario, isn’t it? Well, this is exactly what the upcoming show of Red Dot Tellyworks for Big Magic is all about!! Titled Ghar Jamaai, the house will be ruled by the ladies. And this show will see the return of Sumit Vats of Hitler Didi fame to TV. Veteran actress Himani Shivpuri will play the main elderly lady in the women-dominated family. A source states, “While Himani being the elderly lady in the house will hold the key to the house lockers, Sumit Vats will play the youngest ‘ghar jamaai’ of the house.” When contacted, Himani told us, “Yes, I am part of this light-hearted comedy show. However, I do not know whether I can speak about it now. Sumit “thanked” us when we congratulated him on his new show. However, he did not talk anything beyond that. We tried getting a confirmation from the channel spokesperson, but did not get any revert. Red Dot Tellyworks are presently producing Halla Bol on Bindass. Watch this space for more updates.
