MUMBAI: Actress Sumona Chakravarti, who plays the role of Bhuri in The Kapil Sharma Show, has shared an interesting fact about herself that is sure to inspire many who indulge in vices of sorts.
Sumona posted a picture of a cigarette butt with a caption saying that she has quit smoking.
In her post, she mentioned that she quit smoking two years ago following a friend’s birthday and hasn’t touched a cigarette since then. She also claimed that although it was difficult initially, now, the situation is such that she can’t even stand in a room where people smoke.
Sumona also expressed that people follow actors, love them, like them, criticize them, and admire them. With this message, she also hopes to inspire people to give up this habit.
The pretty and talented television actress began her acting career at age 11 in Aamir Khan starrer Mann. She rose to fame with the role of Natasha in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Subsequently, she participated in Kahani Comedy Circus Ki with Kapil Sharma, and the two went on to win the show!
