MUMBAI : Sushant Singh Rajput passed away by suicide on June 14, 2020. The actor did not leave behind a suicide note and hence, it's unclear as to why the actor took such a drastic step creating major homicide speculations. Netizens and his fans are strongly demanding a CBI probe in his case. They believe there is something more to Sushant's case that requires a CBI inquiry. Hence, Senior actor Shekhar Suman too has expressed the same opinion. He has got himself highly involved in Sushant's case and even visited the late actor's family in Patna recently. Later, Shekhar Suman became a part of a press conference held by political leader Tejashwi Yadav. Soon reports came out that Sushant's family was upset with Shekhar Suman for using the actor's death for gaining political mileage. Now, Shekhar Suman has opened up on this.(via spotboye)
In an exclusive interview with Spotboye, Shekhar stated that it is just a rumour that somebody is spreading. He quoted "I don't believe that his family is upset and it's completely untrue. Somebody has just spread that. Because when you start with any such movement, there are people who try to stop it and here also the same has happened."
The senior actor further spoke about his visit to Patna to meet Sushant's family and also shared that he understands the pain a father goes through when he loses his son as he had himself gone through it.
