MUMBAI : The actress Munmun Dutta, who played Babita Iyyer in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has shared old pictures from her first commercial shoot. These photos bring back memories of her early years while also showcasing her amazing journey. Munmun remembers that period of excitement with fondness, remembering when flying was considered a luxury and getting by in Mumbai presented difficulties.

Munmun Dutta, the actress of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, delighted her fans by sharing a selection of photos from her maiden photo shoot. She was just 17 years old when she posed elegantly next to a car in front of the serene backwaters of Kerala, wearing an alluring black attire.

Sharing the same she captioned, “One from the archives .."She went on to add, "Oh how excited I was to be able to get this opportunity as an absolute newcomer in the industry and in Mumbai city ..An additional perk was to get to travel to another beautiful location in a flight because this was my second time I got the opportunity to be on a flight and I was excited because this was the only way i could get on an aeroplane as I didn’t have the money to afford a ticket for myself.”

She concluded saying, “And at that point of time in my life where I could barely make ends meet , travelling in an aeroplane was definitely a huge luxury.

Everything took time in my life. Struggles were endless and I am grateful for everything that has shaped me today🫶🏻

Big pat on my back and God has been kind.”
