MUMBAI: The episode starts with Jethalal and Taarak being caught by Sevaklal and his men after realising that the second batch of mobile phones is full of empty boxes. Sevaklal comes to know that the two have tried to conduct a sting operation on him.
Sevaklal's men ask everyone involved with Jethalal to come out. To help Jethalal and extend solidarity with him, Bhide and Madhavi, Iyer and Babita, Komal and Dr Hathi, Anjali, Roshan, Abdul, Bawri, Goli, Goghi, and Tapu come out.
Anjali, Babita, and Madhavi slam Sevaklal for indulging in corrupt practices and fooling poor people in the name of charity. But Sevaklal's men outsmart them by taking the hidden spy cameras from them. Sevaklal grabs the cameras in his hand throws them on the ground and crushes them under his feet.
Thus, they lose evidence against Sevaklal. Jethalal, who has now got trapped, decides not to remain quiet. He thinks of awakening the people of Garib Nagar by exposing Sevaklal. Gokuldham ki toli joins Jethalal and requests people to come out of their homes.
Jethalal explains how Sevaklal is taking advantage of their innocence and helplessness. He tells them to focus on the issues that matter and not to get carried away by freebies. After getting inspired by Jethalal's gesture, the people of Garib Nagar return the mobiles to Sevaklal and refuse to give their votes to him. Sevaklal requests them to have faith in him, but they refuse to give him a chance.
A while later, Popatlal and Sodhi arrive in Garib Nagar with the police and election commission officer. They gear up to expose Sevaklal and get him booked for corrupt practices. But Sevaklal's men make a smart move by accusing Jethalal of giving free mobiles. They hold Jethalal responsible for maligning Sevaklal's image.
The cameras that recorded the sting operations are destroyed by Sevaklal.
