The animosity between Kauravas and Pandavas begin in Star Plus' Mahabharat

Mahabharat
Everyone knows that the differences between cousins Kauravas and Pandavas led to the maha war of Mahabharat, but the seed of enmity was well sown during their childhood. And projecting the same differences in childhood will be Mahabharat (Swastik Productions), the extravagant show on Star Plus. As earlier seen, Pandu (Arun Rana), who dies because of a curse, has left his wife Kunti (Shafaq Naaz) and five children to come back to Hastinapur to survive. With the kingdom being ruled by Dhritarashtra (Thakur Anoop Singh) and his eldest son Duryodhan being all set to be crowned the reigning prince, the arrival of the five princes will pave way to a lot of drama. Shakuni (Praneet Bhatt) will brainwash Duryodhan and ask him to misbehave with the Pandavas. Being influenced by his uncle, he will play a trick during dinner. They will play a prank and act as ‘bhojan mantri’ and refuse dinner to the fivesome. Bheeshm (Aarav Chowdhary) will ask the children to have dinner without bending their elbows. The children will be in a fix but the intelligent eldest brother Yudhisthira will solve the trouble. He will point out that all five of them can feed one another and successfully solve the task. Bheesm will be pleased and feel that the Pandavas have a really close bond among themselves. Not stopping at it, Duryodhan will ask the Pandavas to feed the hundred Kauravas. This will leave them go hungry. Suspecting that her sons are being ill treated, Kunti will think of leaving Hastinapur. Stay tuned to the show for some royal drama.
