Tisca to act in an Aamir Khan film!

Post Sarrkar, the gorgeous and talented Tisca Chopra had gone into a sabbatical and preferred to keep a low profile. Reason being - "I had been waiting for quality work to come my way", she reasons. And the wait has definitely paid off! This versatile actor has taken up a plum project, a half hour chat show for Star News - Main Hoon Na, to be produced by Applause Entertainment. But the icing on the cake is the fact that this lovely lady has also bagged a meaty role in a film, Tarein Zameen Pe, to be backed by none other than Aamir Khan Productions! Lucky! "It's a full fledged, positive character. My role is much better than the one I essayed in Hyderabad Blues 2. We are half way with the shooting," elaborates Tisca, who has shot in Panchgani and Mumbai for the movie. "Talking about the chat show, I can't reveal much but it's very different and has no precedents about what kind of a show it is," smiles Tisca who is all set to visit Delhi where her parents reside. The chat show is expected to hit the tube by the end of January.
