MUMBAI: Theatre artist and actress Urmila Sharma, who has earlier been part of shows like Paramavatar Shri Krishna, Meri Durga and Mere Sai, has been roped in for Star Bharat's upcoming show.
According to our sources, the actress has joined the cast of Shoonya Square's upcoming show Amma Ke Baby Ki Baby.
We hear that Urmila, who is doing theatre from past 20 years and has won a national award, will play hero's chachi in the show. Her character will be negative.
Urmila, who is currently part of DD Kisan's Tora Mann Darpan Kahalaaye, confirmed being part of the above-mentioned show.
TellyChakkar broke the news about Ishqbaaaz and Divya Drishti fame Karan Khanna being paired opposite Yeh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka fame Gauri Agarwal in the lead roles.
The show revolves around three unique and distinct characters that will entertain the audience with their personalities. The makers have left no stone unturned keeping in mind the storyline and have roped in veteran actor Vibha Chibber as Amma, handsome hunk Karan Khanna as Babu, and the gorgeous Gouri Agarwal as Baby. Set in the heartland of UP, the show will take us on the dramatic journey of Amma, Babu, and Baby.
Viewers will see how a ‘Baal Brahmachari’ Babu is the ideal son and makes Amma proud with his wrestling skills. Further, he comes across Baby, who is a spoilt brat and looks down on him for being an uneducated village boy.
