Actress Vaishnavi Dhanraj takes inspiration from the seasoned campaigners of CID for her new show, Khunkhar on Life OK.
Vaishnavi who will essay the role of a cop in the upcoming show, recollects her memories when she was part of the popular long-running show, CID.
Says Vaishnavi, “Firstly, I am excited to be part of Fireworks Productions again. When I was with them in CID, I was very raw as an actor. But now, I have grown with time and it is going to be even more fun. Having said this, I am still learning and will want to get into my second cop’s role with all the motivation I have gained working with the CID team.”
Vaishnavi heralds the efforts of actors Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava, Dayanand Shetty and Dinesh Phadnis and claims that she has learnt a lot from them. “The entire team of CID was big in heart and helped youngsters settle down and act well. To work on a show for such a long time is indeed commendable. Also, see the efforts put in by the Producer and Director himself, B.P. Singh. He is so spirited at this age too. There is so much to learn from them.”
Looking forward, Vaishnavi avers, “Khunkhar is a brilliant concept and I am excited to be part of it.”
