Veebha Anand talks about how Lord Krishna narrating the Geeta to Arjun is one of the most important highlights of Mahabharat

MUMBAI: Star Plus showcasing Mahabharat at such times is not only a blessing but is also helping in educating younger audience about the epic tales. Mahabharat, though an epic, is not so well known in its details because, one, it is complex. It has many characters and similarly many viewpoints. Again, it is difficult to pass it down from generation to generation through storytelling. Thus, the story telling in the show is from Lord Krishna’s viewpoint.

Veebha Anand talks about this famous personality talking about Geeta and how the show has influenced their life. Mahabharat and especially Geeta Saar has so many life lessons weaved in them and talking about the same Veebha share her thoughts.

Veebha Anand who essayed the iconic role of Subhadra says, “Mahabharat is my first mythological show. The show has highly influenced me as a person. When I came across a quote on Albert Einstein who shares his thoughts on Geeta, “When I read the Bhagvad Gita and reflect about how God created this universe everything else seems so superfluous”. Mahabharat teaches lessons that go beyond just stories or logic. I am grateful to be a part of such a rich in culture show that teaches us values that are relatable in todays’ scenario. Also for me, if people will try to understand it... it’s a way of life..”

Mahabharat’ Geeta Saar is all set to imbibe wisdom from today onwards…

Tune in to Star Plus to witness Geeta Saar at 8:30 pm
