Veteran stage and TV actor Tushar Trivedi to be part of Mukti Bandhan

Ami Trivedi’s father and known Gujarati theatre actor Tushar Trivedi is making his comeback on television nearly after a decade in Mukti Bandhan. Trivedi will play the character of Chinu Choksi. Apart from that, there would be many twists and turns in the week to come. A source says, “The forthcoming week will see some interesting high points when his friend will hold I.M Virani responsible for the latter’s mother leaving the house. He will feel frustrated to hear this as everyone will keep blaming him saying, ‘Motilal’s wife has left the house and not Ishwarlal’s mother’. I.M Virani will not be able to control his emotions and will vent his anger at his family and friends. He will get few flashes of his struggling days which will justify his present behaviour. “On the other hand, Sabeena tells Vaibhav about Ishwarlal’s plan of demolishing the slum area; Vaibhav does not believe it and tries to convince that she has some misconception about Ishwarlal. However Sabeena will not understand this and to prove his point Vaibhav goes to stay there for one night. Ishwarlal is not aware about it; we are yet to decide what happens after that. “Meanwhile, Rajvi will get hold of the keys which Siddharth has been hiding from her. She gets succeed in getting the duplicate keys so that she can find out the truth about it. Post this drama Chinu Choksi, a khabri of Ishwarlal will enter the show. Tushar Trivedi is going to play this role. He has already started shooting with us and his entry is likely to take place next week.” Trivedi says, “I was in London for almost nine years, I was busy with my plays there and returned to India a few days back. I have just shot for my introductory sequence and I liked this character a lot, he is a bit selfish and greedy. I was really excited to face the camera after many years and I am really happy to be back.” Trivedi has done more than 100 plays and shows including Nukkad, Philips Top Ten, Shriman Shrimati and many others.
