MUMBAI : Vishal Gupta is one of the most prominent personalities of the Indian television industry and is credited for bringing a lot of well-known faces into showbiz. He works as a casting director with a leading production company of the telly world. 

During an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, Vishal talked about his journey so far with Four Lions and his work experience in the industry.

Vishal revealed that he started his journey as a casting director in the year 2009 and it's been 11 glorious years that he has been a part of the TV industry.

Shedding light on being associated with Four Lions Films, Vishal said, "It is one of the best production companies in the TV industry that I've been associated with. They know your potential and they nurture it."

Vishal reveals that he hails from a small town and there was no support when he came to Mumbai. But after access to quality education, he got to work in good surroundings and great companies. 

Vishal has been a casting director for top-rated shows likes Qubool Hai, Surveen Guggal, Humsafars, Ishqbaaaz, Humse Hai Life, Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, and Yeh Hai Aashiqui, and the list goes on. 

Apart from this, Vishal has also been a casting director for other major production houses like Peninsula Pictures Pvt. Ltd - Vishkanya, Edgestorm Productions Pvt. Ltd - D4,  and Essel Vision Productions - Tashan E Ishq among others. 

Vishal has had an incredible journey of bringing fresh faces into the TV industry and will continue to make a contribution.
