Talking about Second Marraiage Dot Com he said, “The story is about two people who want to get their parents married and they do succeed in doing so. However, in the process they end up falling in love, which leads to a lot of complications.” The film releases on 10 August 2012. On bagging this film Vishal shared, “The director of this film Gaurav Panjwani is a common friend. Hence when my friend learnt that he was coming up with his first film and he needed a fresh face he asked me to meet him. In our meeting the director narrated the story to me. I asked him to mail me the script at once but he took a month to mail it to me. After reading the script I met him again and we decided to work together.” So wasn’t there an audition? “No there was no audition as Gaurav wanted to know how well I had understood the character. We shot for the film in January this year.” Getting into films is definitely not easy for a TV actor, so what are the drawbacks that one faces? “The film industry feels TV actors are over exposed. Hence television actors get roles only if somebody gives their reference, otherwise things get really difficult.” However looking at the positive side he stated, “The scenario is changing as the TV actors are very hardworking. Even Sushant Singh Rajput who played the lead in Pavitra Rishta bagged Kai Poche.” So do we see him doing television shows in future? “Yes I will take up TV shows if some good projects come my way. But for now my priority will be movies.” Lastly he added, “I would just want everybody out there to support me with my debut film. Others just stay positive and happy.” Wish you all the very best, Vishal!!
