MUMBAI: Kaatelal & Sons is a true testament to Sony SAB's philosophy to produce positive and progressive stories and inspire the audience with compelling content that touches people's hearts.
Kaatelal & Sons is an inspirational journey of sisters, Garima (Megha Chakraborty) and Susheela (Jiya Shankar), who believe that dreams know no gender. (Read here: The new RASODE MEIN KAUN THA version from Kaatelal & Sons is not to be missed)
In a virtual press conference held by the channel, when asked if speaking in Haryanvi language was difficult, Megha answered, “I believe as compared with others, it was a little difficult for me. I’m a Bengali and speaking proper and fluent Hindi is in itself a task for me. My last show had a U.P background and thus I learned that language. Kaatelal & Sons is a story of a family from Rotak, and needless to say, it will have a Haryanvi touch. I happened to watch Aamir Khan’s Dangal to get a knack of the language. I hope that I can convince the audiences and get a hold of the language."
