What the TV actors want in 2012

The year 2011 has ended and everyone is busy gushing about the New Year, 2012. People are busy deciding what went wrong the last year and what they would love to see and do this year. Amidst all this chaos and hustle-bustle, Tellychakkar.com caught up with the TV celebrities to know what they want to achieve and do this year which they couldn’t in the year gone by, in short what is their New Year Resolution. Aishwarya Sakhuja who gained popularity as Toasty in Sony Entertainment’s Saas Bina Sasural says “2011 was a very successful year for me; I have no regrets and hope that the same run continues in this New Year as well. I also wish that when 2012 ends, I have a big smile on my face and no tears.” In fact, she would want to receive special powers this year. “I would love to have the power to predict how things will unfold. But unfortunately I don’t know what will happen ten minutes from now, so forget how the next 365 days will play out,” laughs Aishwarya. But Neha Marda, who became a household name playing the character of Gehna in Color’s Balika Vadhu, knows what the future holds for her. Before you start jumping to conclusions, please read on. Incidentally, Neha’s marriage to Ayushman Agarwal has been fixed on 10 February, 2012. “I want my marital life to be full of peace and satisfaction,” she says. Well, that’s on the personal front. Professionally, Neha wishes to carry forward her ability to break new ground which she did in 2011 with her singing efforts in Zee TV’s Star Ya Rockstar. Singing the same tune is Kinshuk Mahajan, who got married to his sweetheart, Divya Gupta last year. “I had a very good personal year as I got married to Divya.” So what’s his wish list for 2012? “Off late, I have been busy shooting for my new show Afsar Bitiya. But now I need to learn time management as Divya needs me as well.” That’s sweet!!! On the other hand, Ronit Roy, who has been busy shooting for Adaalat, wants to give more time and dedication to health and fitness. He also wants to try out new things such as flying. “I have already taken up skate boarding,” he reveals. Ronit is busy preparing for his character (Raja Tambat) in Shoot out at Wadala. “I have decided to go off drinks completely,” he says of his teetotaler character. And then are a few lucky souls, whose New Year Resolution has already been fulfilled. Meet the cute bubbly Giaa Maanek, Gopi from Saath Nibhana Saathiya, who had been dying to meet her childhood crush Salman Khan for a really long time. And her wish was fulfilled at the recently held Big Entertainment awards. “It was great, he looks really good, but I could not talk as I was tongue tied,” Giaa says of the rendezvous. Professionally, she hopes that 2012 will see her Star Plus show soar even higher in TRP race. “I would love to either take part in a dance reality show or host one,” ends Giaa.
