MUMBAI: The powerhouse of talent Anurag Basu, who's proved his worth with directing films like Barfi and Life In A Metro recently visited the sets of television’s longest running show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (SAB TV and Neela Telefilms).
Taarak Mehta has been winning hearts and charts for many years now. Its rib-tickling comical episodes along with conveying a good message for the society has set an example on Indian Television. Along with a great storyline the show is known for having unique characterization.
However, one of the Taarak Mehta actors Ambika Ranjankar who plays the role of Komal Hansraj Hathi in the show, happens to be a fan of Anurag’s work. She happened to meet Mr Basu at also got a picture clicked with him.
Ambika shared the photos along a lovely post, stating, “Though he was in a hurry and was at work, he stopped by to visit our set, meet us all, talk with us patiently and was humble to allow click pics with him... he creates magic on screen, was blessed to be in one frame...psst, He's a thorough gentleman with a kind heart.”
