MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput is no more. He ended his life by hanging himself. Bollywood lost one of the most talented and brilliant actors forever. Talking about his professional life, Sushant got a big break in his acting career through Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta. He shot to the fame overnight and for the longest time, Rajput was known for his onscreen name, Manav. In fact, he was a television heartthrob and seeing him onscreen every day was a treat to eyes. Speaking of which, we recently came across a throwback video of Sushant where he is seen talking about Ekta Kapoor and his kind words and warm smile will melt your hearts right away and will also make you miss him immediately. When asked who he highly thinks of, to which, the actor told that apart from my family, the one person who he looks upto is Ekta Kapoor. In the video, he said, ‘Ekta ma’am hukum karengi, hum follow karenge.’ After Sushant left the show, the bond between the two was intact. We used to see them together in quite a parties and even we got to see them indulging in social media banter.

After Sushant’s demise, Ekta immediately shared a screenshot of their social media banter that happed a week before his death. She backed it with, “Not fair sushi ! One week everything changed ! Not fair my baby!”
