The cricketing fever reached its crescendo over the weekend with the biggies India and Pakistan fighting it out in the Asia Cup tournament.
Well, for the team of Dahleez the upcoming Star Plus show, the mood in the camp was enthusiastic and buzzing. And everyone out there being sports buffs, made up a plan to assemble at a nearby restaurant in Delhi and watch the match and cheer for Team India.
We hear that once the pack-up happened last Saturday (27 February), the team decided to freshen up and meet at an open-air restaurant situated close to the resort in which the actors are put up in Delhi.
When contacted, Meer Ali told us, “It was a super night. We had pre-planned the outing, and everything fell in place. It was a night to remember as we were all at our best in cheering Team India. And what a result!! India won against Pakistan.”
