Can you imagine a television story minus the vamps? Naah! Life on TV would get so boring without them. Isn’t it?
Hence, here we have a list of few TV vamps who have been nominated in the Twelfth Indian Telly Awards.
Read on to know as to why they deserve to be in our nomination list for the Actresses in a Negative Role category.
Going alphabetically, Aanchal Khurana better known as Charu Mayank Garg of Zee TV’s Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (Shakuntalam Telefilms) is first on our list. She is the one who managed to get all the drama in this extremely dramatic show. Her never ending attempts to put down Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) to an extent where she puts herself on fire took a negative character to a different level. Therefore, she deserves to be on this list.
Next on our list is Adaa Khan better known as Amrit from Life OK’s Amrit Manthan (Director’s Kut). She is an awfully negative as she has done everything under the sun to hurt her real sister Nimrit (Ankita Sharma). She was also seen pushing her off a cliff. The actress plays this character with sheer devotion and that’s exactly what shows on-screen.
Jyotsna Chandola as Khushi Sankalp Bharadwaj (Billo) of Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Productions) entered the show to take revenge on the lead protagonist of the show Simar (Dipika Samson). However, she went on to trouble the entire Bharadwaj family and made living difficult for one and all in the house. As a matter of fact, she stooped to the level of ill treating her own daughter to trouble the rest. Jyotsna takes insanity to a different level with her spectacular performance. Therefore, she deserves to be in here.
Mouli Ganguly as Anushka Balbir Bhalla of Sony Entertainment Televisions’ Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada (Balaji Telefilms) was seen as the second lady in Mona’s (Mona Singh) husband Pradeep Singh’s (Pawan Shankar) life. Initially she destroyed Mona’s house and later went on to shoot Pradeep. Currently, she is seen making things difficult for Mona. Thus, she is a perfect Balaji vamp.
Moving on, Seema Mishra better known as Deepali Sikandar Bhatia (Dips) or RK’s (Vivian Dsena) ex- girlfriend in Colors’ Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon (Nautanki Telefilms) plays the lady you wouldn’t want next to your man. She is currently seen as the wife of RK’s brother but she does not leave a single opportunity to create a misunderstanding between RK and his wife Madhu (Drashti Dhami). She still hopes to get back in RK’s life. Hence, she constantly keeps planning and plotting against Madhu. Interestingly, Seema is doing a fabulous job as Deepali and we have no second thoughts about having her in this list.
