Actress Yashashri Masurkar, best known for her roles in shows like "Chandragupta Maurya", "Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki" and "Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat", will be next seen on the small screen in the upcoming show "Krishnadasi".
Yashashri would be essaying the role of Gayatri -- a new age girl who wants to live life on her own terms.
"Gayatri’s character is quite interesting and it will bring many twists and turns in the storyline and generate a lot of drama,” Yashashri said in a statement.
Apart from her, the show will also star Sana Amin Sheikh, Chhavi Mittal and Indira Krishnan.
“Krishndasi” will be aired on Colors starting January 25, 2016.
