MUMBAI: The episode sees how Vedika musters the courage to stop Akshat from abducting Kairav. Kartik and Naira share some adorable moments while making the preparations for Vansh's Halloween themed birthday party. The two get reminded of the good times they spent in the past and destiny also looks determined to bring them closer to each other. Kartik tries hard to control his emotions, while Naira feels it is not right to get intimate with him.
A while later, when Vansh, Gayatri and Samarth return home, they are surprised to see the birthday arrangements. Gayu is overwhelmed, and so is Vansh. Gayu thanks Naira for making Vansh feel special while Kairav says that it was he who had asked everyone to pretend as if they had forgotten about his birthday. Meanwhile, Akshat instructs two of his aides to kidnap Kairav as soon as they find him standing alone. Akshat's accomplices attempt but fail. Hence, he decides to use chloroform to make Kairav unconscious.
In the meantime, the birthday celebrations begin with the cake cutting ceremony. Everyone makes the most of the bash and enjoys themselves thoroughly. In due course, when Kairav visits the restroom, Akshat attempts to implement his plan but gets caught by Vedika. Akshat asks Vedika not to interfere and warns her of dire consequences, but she refuses to go. During a heated exchange of words between Vedika and Akshat, viewers learn about their ugly past. The makers reveal that Akshat had tortured Vedika and her father. She tells Akshat that she would give him the money that he needs by selling her house and jewellery but warns him not to harm her family. She says that the Goenkas helped her resurrect her life and hence she wouldn't let him trouble them. However, when Akshat refuses to listen, Vedika uses the pepper spray on him to save Kairav. In the meantime, Naira who had been in search of Kairav unlocks the restroom door. Thus, Akshat fails in his attempt to abduct Kairav.
