MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most loved shows on television today.

Right from its inception, the serial was immensely loved with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra in the lead roles. Later, the show was taken ahead by Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan who played Akshara’s daughter and son-in-law. Currently, the show is in its fourth generation which telecasts Rohit Purohit and Samridhii Shukla taking the programme on their shoulders.

Pratima Sethia shares, “Ruhi is turning into a 100 percent vamp. She is even dressing like one. The show has been so beautiful so far and the fourth generation should not come under the title of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”

Namrata Rathod says, “The show had so many beautiful storylines such as Dadisa realising her personality and turning into a better person, Abhira’s relationship with the Goenka house and many more plot lines.”

Karishma Motwani opines, “Indian Television is doomed with content like evil sister snatching sister’s boyfriend/husband. This kind of content gets high TRP’s and on the other hand we only speak about this being clichéd content.”

Swapnil Jadhav expresses, “Rohit Purohit, Samridhii Shukla and Garvita Sadhwani are good actors but the makers need to amp up the drama. This is not entertaining anymore.”

Varsha Solanki elaborates, “The show has been presenting good drama but now, the writers need to bring in a good twist. Ruhi’s character is getting very cliched.
