MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most loved shows on Star Plus however, it is currently being criticised for its track these days.
After forcing Abhira to put on the mangalsutra, Armaan covers her forehead with sindoor. They reminisce about the past, including their divorce, the time Armaan proposed to Abhira, and the occasion when he took the mangalsutra off of her neck. Arriving at the Poddar home are Armaan and Abhira. When Ruhi arrives with the aarti plate, Armaan and Abhira are taken aback by her appearance. According to Rohit, Ruhi skipped the wedding for their grah pravesh.
Kaveri requests that Ruhi give Vidya the arti thali.
Vidya gives Abhira a quick glance before beginning a reverse arti. Everyone is taken aback. She throws the plate away and asks Abhira how she could possibly believe that Vidya will welcome her home after she married her son against her will. It surprises everyone when Vidya responds that Armaan has demonstrated today what a stepson means.
Vidya swears and screams at them. She claims that their marriage will never succeed and that a shattered mother is cursing them today rather than blessings.
The drama has disappointed many of the netizens who are sharing how the show has presented the lowest of mentality a character can have and that it is a regressive cringe plotline.
