MUMBAI: Noted producer Ashwni Dhir is set to introduce an exciting show to TV viewers under his banner Garima Productions.
Garima Productions’ successful show Chidiya Ghar is still remembered by the masses. Currently, they have sitcom Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai entertaining the audience on Star Plus.
TellyChakkar has exclusive information that Ashwni is launching a show tentatively titled Beech-Wale. It will be based on a middle-class family and air on SAB TV. The series is expected to go on floors next month.
Our sources tell us that thespian Zakir Hussain will play the lead role. The makers have also finalized talented actress Manasi Joshi Roy to play an important character in the show.
Zakir has many films to his credit, while Manasi Joshi Roy made her comeback with Dhhai Kilo Prem.
We could not get through Zakir and Manasi for a comment.
