Zee Rishtey Awards 2025: Jayati Bhatia Honoured for Her Outstanding Contribution as an Actor

MUMBAI: The much-anticipated Zee Rishtey Awards 2025 is set to captivate audiences with a grand celebration of cherished relationships. Amidst the grand celebrations, emotions ran high as veteran actress Jayati Bhatia was recognized for her outstanding work in the entertainment industry. The audience gave her a well-deserved standing ovation, expressing their respect and admiration for her dedication and legacy. The moment was made even more special as industry stalwarts, including Anurag Basu, Anupam Kher, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, Kiran Bhatia (her husband), Lillete Dubey, Joy Sengupta, and Sushant Singh, sent in video messages showering Jayati with love and appreciation.

Jayati Bhatia shared, “Life is a circle. The place where I began is where I have returned. My journey with Zee TV started on August 8, 1996, when I shot for Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, it was the first shoot of my life and this day holds a very special place in my heart. My first scene was with R. Madhavan, under the direction of Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, alongside Pallavi Joshi. They taught me so much, and since those days, I’ve been part of Kaise Kahoon, Kitne Kool Hai Hum, Mamta, Maayka, Manzilein Apni Apni, Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka, and many more shows. Now, with Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, I feel grateful to still be part of this incredible family. Thank you, my Zee Kutumb, my family, for all the opportunities, and a special thank you to Goldie Behl and Sonnal A. Kakar for giving me the role of Sharda Bua. Thank you for recognizing my work. I love you all— you are like family to me!”

Smita Bansal shared her joy in honoring her dear friend, saying, “Even today, we cover up each other’s mistakes just like we always have.
