MUMBAI: Anurag Basu’s Ludo is reported to follow a digital trajectory, following numerous bumpy delays for the big-screen release.
Coronavirus has taken the global economies by a storm, and theatrical films are one of the many industries taking ruinous blows.
Reports have surfaced claiming Akshay Kumar starrer Laxmmi Bomb and Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena are in talks with various digital giants and Bhushan Kumar and T-Series produced Ludo seems to follow suit.
Ludo was originally slated to release on April 24.

The movie is essentially a juxtaposition of four different chapters, each having its own narrative featuring Rajkumar Rao, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Sheik, amongst the numerous celebrated.
The Multiplex Association of India is urging creators, producers, and actors to hold their films for releases in theatres in an attempt to save the years-long tradition of 'the collective, social experience of watching films on the big screen'.
However, given the situation, small-budget films do benefit from digital releases, but not much can be defined for big-budget films.
