MUMBAI: Tellychakkar has always been at the forefront of reporting about the news of The Prayag Raaj which is a political-drama series on the infamous Madhumita Shukla murder case. The Prayag Raj will be produced by Vision Movie Makers helmed by Raju Rai Singhania. The series is directed and written by Anish Sharon Khan, the Casting Director is Sonu Singh Rajput.

The series is the talk of the town and has always been in the news for its cast having versatile artists like Adhayan Suman, Vikram Kochar, Mukesh Tiwari, Darpan Srivastava, and TikToker Akash Chowdhary.

Now the latest buzz is that actor Akshay Verma who is popular for his characters in movies like Gangs Of Wasseypur directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vicky Donar has now bagged the web series Prayag Raaj. 

The artist is all set to play a pivotal role in the series.
