Amitabh Bachchan praises Ayushmann Khurrana, says he 'feels honoured to have worked with him'

Amitabh Bachchan can’t stop praising Ayushmann Khurrana for his acting prowess.

MUMBAI: Shoojit Sircar’s Gulabo Sitabo, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, hit Amazon Prime Video today, ditching the theatrical release due to the COVID-19 lockdown, which has forced people to practice social distancing. Big B, who plays a landlord in this film, is shown to share a bitter and a sour rapport with his tenant played by Ayushmann Khurrana. Big B  who is known to praise his co-stars for their splendid work, was all praise for Ayushmann and for his acting prowess.

In conversation with the media, when Big B was asked about what he discovered about his co-star Ayushmann, the megastar could not stop gushing over him. Praising him for his calibre he mentioned about his acting prowess making him a promising actor. Big B spoke about learning from the young actor during his conversation. Mr Bachchan mentioned how co-stars should have an understanding between them off-camera and Ayushmann balances it gracefully.

The actor was quoted saying, “Ayushmann is a most promising actor, of immense standing and calibre. I am honoured to have had an opportunity to work with him and learn. It is important to have an understanding colleague both on and off-camera. Ayushmann has been more than that. I hope that he felt the same.”
