MUMBAI: Falaq Naaz is a known personality on television and these days, she is grabbing headlines for her participation in the reality show “Bigg Boss OTT Season 2”, where the game is being liked by the audience.
Her friendship with Avinash is spoken about in her fights with Abhishek, but she is a contestant who doesn’t break down.
She was seen as a strong contestant, but later on, her game dropped a bit. She couldn’t voice her opinions and take a stand, which backfired completely. She was eliminated from the house, owing to a lack of votes.
Tellychakkar got in touch with her and asked her who between Sheezan and Shafaq is a perfect candidate for Bigg Boss and does she feel that her connection with Pooja Bhatt brought her game down.
In the initial days you were seen as a strong contestant and then suddenly when you came under Pooja Bhatt’s wings we saw a downfall. What do you think went wrong?
Since, childhood I was thought not to raise my voice and speak to elders badly and if people think my downfall happened just because I respect someone so then it's not my mistake nor the opposite person's because these days we are living in times when people think we can speak to anyone anyhow and of course she is senior and I cannot argue with her.
This is my nature, whoever is older than me I have to respect them and this is something I have learnt from my home. When someone is angry, I wait for them to calm down and then speak because we are young we need to wait and then speak so this is a rule I follow in life.
Who do you think from your siblings; Shafaq and Sheezan should be doing Bigg Boss if they are offered it?
Both of them would be able to handle the show but I don’t know I feel that if someone is not mentally prepared they shouldn’t say “Yes” to the show as it’s a completely different show, some might think this is a scripted show but trust me nothing is scripted, it a completely an individual journey. When people enter the show they get lost and have a huge mental breakdown until they are not mentally prepared one shouldn’t do the show.
Who among Sheezan and Shafaq do you feel could be a strong candidate for the show?
I feel both are strong and we have seen worse times. I don't think my brother and sister are so weak that they won’t be able to survive this but I feel until they are not mentally ready for it they shouldn’t do it.
Well, there is no doubt that Falaq was one of the strongest contestants of but unfortunately, she was eliminated from the show.
