Exclusive! I am looking forward to playing diverse roles, but the character has to excite me as an actor: Aamna Sharif

MUMBAI : It is always a treat to watch Amna Sharif in different projects. The actress has made a strong mark not only in the industry but also into the hearts and minds of fans with her acting contribution and filmography. Aamna is getting an amazing response for her recently released web series titled Aadha Ishq on Voot.

In an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, this is what the actress had to say on playing different characters on screen and on being a  critic of her work. 

Aamna Sharif on sharing screen space with senior actors

Over time, we have seen Aamna Sharif working with some great experienced actors. Aamna says that she has been fortunate enough to share screen space with these actors. There were times when she had sleepless nights because she had to shoot with those senior actors the next day. She makes sure that she prepares very well for her part. Giving one example, Aamna says that when she was shooting for television serial Kahin To Hoga, she was very new and Rajeev Khandelwal was senior. She made sure that she prepared well for her part, and no doubt what we saw on screen was magical.

Aamna Sharif says that she is looking forward to playing different characters across platforms. She has been watching a lot of content over time and she is looking forward to diverse roles. Aamna Sharif says that there is a lot to do in her career now, but a role has to excite her as an actor. Only then will she say yes for a project.

Aamna Sharif on being a critic of her work

Aamna Sharif says that she is a big critic of her work. She always thinks that she could have done a particular scene in a better way, but having said that, this keeps her going and helps her push her boundaries. It's motivation for her.

No doubt it is always a treat to watch the actress in her projects, and we look forward to see some amazing characters of hers.
