MUMBAI : Pavail Gulati, who has impressed one and all with his performances in movies like Thappad, Goodbye, and others, will next be seen in a movie titled I Love You. The film is slated to premiere on Jio Cinema on 16th June 2023.

TellyChakkar recently interacted with Pavail and spoke to him about the movie, if he believes in old school romance or modern day romance, and more...

While the title is I Love You, the movie looks like a twisted romance. So, when you read the script and heard the title for the first time, what was your reaction?

This is one of those scripts and parts that come to you very rarely and I am really thankful for this part to come to me, and getting a chance to work with Rakul who is fantastic in the film is a blessing too. Our director is also very precious to us because he has done such a good job. It’s a very special film for both of us, and for Nikhil. We had a ball shooting this.

Do you believe in the old school romance or the modern day romance?

I am a 90s born kid, so I have grown up in that era. It’s very hard to change now. I think I am an old soul, probably that’s why. Today, we are hearing these things called situationship and stuff like that. We didn’t know these words existed. So, probably we are too old school for new school love.

As an actor, your personal life is always under the scanner and the paparazzi are always there to spot you. So, do you miss the kind of privacy you would want in your relationship and do you feel that it’s an invasion of privacy?

I don’t eat out too much. So, everything happens in the house. Obviously, Rakul faces this more than I do. So, yes, I have not had this problem yet.
