MUMBAI: We have seen some great performances by Geetanjali Kulkarni in web series like Aarya 2. The actress is all set to be seen in the third season of Gullak.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to interact with the actress, where she spoke about the Gullak 3, what made her say yes to the project, and her bonding with the co-stars.
How excited or nervous are you for Gullak 3?
I am very excited for season 3 of Gullak. I am nervous also because I don't know how people will respond to season 3. The first two seasons received so much loved from the audience. We have put our heart and soul into season 3, and now, it is up to the audience if they will like or dislike this season.
What you say yes to the project?
When the script was narrated to me by the writer, I told him that it reminds me about the Doordarshan kind of world. It is like Hrishikesh Mukherjee's films which I can connect to very closely. I have seen such families and their values. So naturally, there was some connection with the script, which made me say yes to the project.
How was your bonding with your co-stars while walking on this projects?
We had a very good working experience in the film. From the first season, we have been working together, so naturally, the bonding has grown over the time. It has been a learning experience for me, especially from younger actors like Harsh and Vaibhav. They bring such great talent and freshness to the script, which we have never learnt during our time. We were taught to go by the trainings when we were learning acting, but these actors bring so much new things to the plate everytime they face the camera.
