MUMBAI: There are times when some actors leave a mark with their characters and one of the actors is Brijendra kala who has given us a number performances which all prove what a fine actor and a great talent he is.
The actor started his journey with the movie Haasil which was directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. His breakthrough came with the role in Paan Singh Tomar which was an Irrfan Khan led movie, once again directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
In the recent years the actor has given mindblowing performances in projects like Firki, Luck Shots, OMG 2, Ajmer 92, Mandali, Samosa and Sons and many more.
Recently, he was seen playing a pivotal role in the series The Aam Aadmi Family. The show has worked out really well and had 3 successful seasons. However, the 4th season of the show has now been released and the audience are really in love with it.
In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Brijendra Kala talked about audience reaction, what made him say yes for the role, and much more.
What do you have to say for the audience reaction for the show?
To this, Brijendra kala said that he feels really good about the audience reaction for the show. He further added that there are many stories told in this season with a lot of maturity and it is loved by the audience so much that the audience shower their love for the show on his social media profile, malls and shops etc.
What made you say ‘Yes’ for the character?
To this, Brijendra kala said that he loves doing movies and previously he has worked in some OTT series. He added that when for the first time he realised the value of OTT series, he thought that the offer is not to be refused. Talking about his character, the actor said that it was a clean OTT series and his character was of a middle class man so he tried to give his inputs as much as he could, which was really easy and so he had accepted the role immediately.
Is it hard or easy to get back into the character every season as you also play other character in other projects?
To this, Brijendra kala said that while it was not difficult, it also wasn’t very easy but when the cast comes around and the set is prepared, you get into the zone. He further added that as he sees the co-actors around and rehearses with them, he just gets into the character.
