MUMBAI: Amrita Puri, who is known for her acting contribution in projects like Four More Shots Please, Made In Heaven, and Kai Po Che, is now all set to be seen in upcoming Voot Select web series Ranjish Hi Sahi.

Amrita Puri says that the story is based on a period drama set in 1970, and she will be seen playing the on-screen wife of Tahir Raj Bhasin's character. The actress revealed she has played many housewife characters, but this particular web series is completely different. This series is high on drama and emotion. This character is completely different from what she is in personal life.

Recalling her previous memory with Tahir Raj Bhasin, the actress revealed that the first time she met the actor was on the sets of the movie Kai Po Che. She had later seen his other work. She was completely shocked to see him in the movie Mardaani. She revealed it was a great experience collaborating with him and she had bonded very well with him during the shooting process.

On asking about the parameters she looks forward to before signing any project actress Amrita Puri says that she looks for good stories, the script of the project should be powerful. The storytelling should be beautiful and she also looks at the people who are involved with the project.
