We previously reported that actor Meghna Malik has been roped in for Applause Entertainment’s next.
Meghna is best known for playing the domineering Ammaji on Colors TV's hit programme Na Aana Is Des Laado. She made an appearance in Dahleez on Star Plus. In addition, she played supporting parts in a number of films, including Taare Zameen Par, Kuch Naa Kaho and Chalte Chalte and will be seen in this new project.
TellyChakkar brings you another exclusive update, that according to sources, Mazel Vyas, who started her career as a child artist will be seen in the untitled project with Meghna.
Mazel Vyas, who is known for shows like Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji, has of late been focusing on web and film projects. She made her film debut with Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar’s Wazir.
While not much is known about the project. Fans are definitely excited to see what the minds at Applause have cooking next. Applause is also working on the second season of Scam which will focus on the life of Abdul Karim Telgi.
