MUMBAI : Casting director and actor Abhishek Banerjee is no doubt one of the most loved actors we have, especially on digital platform. With his brilliant performance in different OTT shows the actor has created as solid mark in the hearts and minds of the fans. Currently, he is getting some amazing response for his character in the movie Apurva which has Tara Sutaria in the leading role.
During the exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, actor Abhishek Banerjee spoke in detail about how he got the movie Apurva and the challenges while playing the character.

Abhishek Banerjee says that director Nikhil Bhat was making another, which is his upcoming film and the director did not casted him in that movie. Since then, he has been chasing Nikhil as he knew him on personal ground, and he was really looking forward to work with him. There was this character Sukha, which was discussed with the actor by the director much before, which he loved a lot and this is how he got this movie.
Abhishek Banerjee on the most challenging part of the character
Abhishek Banerjee says that Sukha is a very layered character. One cannot anticipate his energy. He is very unpredictable. The actor adds if you understand this character. The character immediately falls flat, so to play this balance was very much difficult.

Abhishek Banerjee on his upcoming project
Abhishek Banerjee says that he will be seen in the movie Section 84 along with Amitabh Bachchan. The actor will be seen in the movie Vedha that has Shahid Kapoor in the leading role and it is directed by Nikhil Advani. Another upcoming movie of the actor is Stree 2, which is indeed one of the anticipated one.
