MUMBAI: Taha Shah Badussha is getting all the love yet for his role as Nawab Tajdar from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's opulent web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. During an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, the dapper actor was asked whether after Taj: Divided By Blood drama series; he had the thought process of whether he would get something big like Taj and how he dealt with the process.
"Life mei mera ek hi usool hai and it is very simple, the motto is sweat it out. Aapko bura lagta hai go to the gym, workout and sweat it out and paseene aane chahiye. Not just ha maine kia hai but geele hoh jaane Bhaag Milkha Bhaag wale aseene. When you are feeling good, bad, have nothing to do workout. Keep training that is my thing.. sweat it out. That's what makes me survive as it is a big Dopamine release in my head and it also releases all my stress.I have also felt that emotionally and mentally jab mujhe kuch trouble karta hai, raat mei hoti hai toh soh jaata hu, par agar woh nai hota toh I wake up in the morning, go to my training", he said.
Taha further said, "I work four hours a day and then I have so much pain in my body. Ghutne, back, shoulder pain kar raha hota hai.. so I prefer physical pain over mental pain. Physical pain distracts me from all the other rejections I get. I believe everyone should do it. You should sweat it out hardcore".
