MUMBAI: In a departure from his typical TV home, comedian Kapil Sharma will be back with a brand-new comedy series titled The Great Indian Kapil Show, which will debut on Netflix. During a promotional event, Kapil referred to Archana Puran Singh as his "lucky charm" and complimented the actors of his show, highlighting Sunil Grover in particular for his enormous fan base. Kapil added that they have collaborated on Comedy Circus before.

Kapil complimented Archana, saying, “She is our lucky charm. We started the show in 2013. Before that, I worked with Archana ji in Comedy Circus. Her specialty is that she understands every type of humor, and that’s an art. We enjoy it a lot when she sits in front of us. It has been 11 years of this show, and I thank everyone for giving so much love to the show. This time we are coming with more affluence.”
The Great Indian Kapil Show brings Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover back together after their 2017 fallout. Speaking about Sunil Grover, Kapil mentioned that Sunil has a huge fan following. He said, “You all love Sunil paji so much. People think that our collaboration began from this show in 2013, but in 2009 there was a show called Hans Baliye, and I met him for the first time on that show. And you all know pura show ek taraf inki fan following ek taraf (the whole show is on one side and his fan following is on one side).”
In the meantime, Raha Kapoor, the daughter of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, will hopefully soon be on Kapil Sharma's show, according to Ranbir Kapoor, the first guest on the show alongside mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Ranbir talked candidly about parenthood and gushed over Raha in a recently released promo. He introduced himself as a burp expert and said he was eager to have her at the show.
