In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Jeet, Akanksha Singh and Chitrangada Singh were asked to shed light on how people from the Hindi movie industry prefer to promote international content which in-turn leads to a lot of good and potential Indian content being overlooked or missed.

Jeet said, “Jo potential rakhta hai, koi bhi cheez ho, woh kahi par bhi ho, kisi platform pe ho aur agar uski timing aur destiny theek ho, toh it will go through the roof.”

Akanksha Singh added to this and said, “I also feel that agar cheez achi ho toh chahe yaha ki ho chahe waha ki ho ya kisi bhi language ki ho, usko baandh ke nahi rakh sakte aap. Jo acha hai woh acha hai, usko appreciate karne mein kya bura hai, chahein woh Bollywood ho, South ho ya kisi bhi language ki ho, chahein woh Hollywood ho...”

Even Chitrangada Singh gave her opinion on this and said, “I think today’s audience doesn’t get affected by this. I think those days are gone. Now we want to hear our own stories. Humein apni kahaniyan, apne logon ko dekhne mein, mujhe aisa lagta hai, there’s a big change.”
