MUMBAI: Amazon Prime Video's Kannada film 'LAW' released on 16th July 2020 and has been making headlines ever since, primarily for its storyline and how the film is focused on the unsung heroes i.e. the lawyers who play a huge role in giving justice to the innocent. 

Ragini Prajwal also made her debut as a lead actress in the film. However, did you know that Ragini and her husband, Prajwal who is going to be seen essaying the character of an inspector in his next film had discussions and debates about the contribution of Lawyers Vs the contribution of Police in the Indian Judiciary system? If given a closer look, they both go hand in hand as it's the job of the police to catch the criminals which happens on the ground and the job of the lawyers is to do their research and make sure justice is served to the innocent. 

The crime thriller sheds light on how lawyers are an important and crucial pillar of justice that goes generally under-recognized in the entertainment industry. The film has received applause from the audiences, law students, and decorated lawyers for showcasing their profession on-screen and has got their due credit.

The storyline is about Nandini, who isn't scared to stand up for justice and uses her words as her shield to fight against injustice in the court. The argument and points have truly been appreciated by the audiences.

After catching a criminal or an innocent who is portrayed as a criminal it's the lawyers who bring justice and can make or mar the society. LAW is directed by Raghu Samarth and produced by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, M Govinda. The film also features Siri Prahlad, Achyuth Kumar, Sudharani, and veteran actor Mukyamanthri Chandru in prominent roles. LAW also marks the first film from the Sandalwood industry to have a digital release.
