MUMBAI: Amazon Prime’s web series Mumbai Diaries 26 11 dealing with the unfortunate incident and the panic which was faced by the doctors and medical staff is finally premiered. This series has amazing bunch of hundred people which includes Mohit Raina, Konkona Sensharma, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Natasha Bharadwaj, Tina Desai, Satyajeet Dubey, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Prakash Belawadi and is created by Nikhil Advani.

Talking about the premise of the series as the title suggests, it is dealing with the unfortunate incident of 26/11 and how the doctors and medical staff dealt with the panic situation during those horrifying hours is the entire story of the web series.

The screenplay of the web series is beautifully written, there are few moments where you will feel that the screenplay is loosely written but the great performances come to rescue. Also the direction is decent in the entire web series.

Talking about the performances, no doubt this is an out-and-out Mohit Raina show, you will get to see some amazing side of the actor and will surely impress you, Konkona Sen Sharma impresses you with her character who is fighting against all the odds and understands the responsibility of a doctor. Shreya Dhanvantari on the other hand as the journalist is brilliant who is making every possible effort to cover the event. On the other hand other cast like, Natasha Bharadwaj, Tina Desai, Satyajeet Dubey, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Prakash Belawadi were decent on their part.

Talking about the positive points of the web series, no doubt it is the panic and tension which was created throughout the web series is one of the biggest USP of the show. The crafting of the suspense and panic right from the first episode is amazing to see. Also the performances delivered by every actor are the highlight of the web series. The BGM of  the web series specially during the attack scenes will surely enhance your viewing experience and serve you thrill. It is one of the best works coming from Nikhil Advani.

Talking about the negative points of the web series, the series looks dragged in between, you may feel the show is deviated from the topic in between. There are few scenes in the hospital which you may fail to connect with.

Well having said all these points no doubt Mumbai Diaries 2611 is one of the best shows in recent times and it is the perfect tribute to all the Frontline Warriors, doctors and medical staff who faced the tension and panic during that horrifying situation.
