MUMBAI: Bollywood actresses Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah were present to launch the trailer of their upcoming film Jalsa. The film has been the talk of the town from the time the first look poster was released.
Post the release of the trailer, Shefali Shah was seen interacting with the media. During her conversation, Shefali was asked about her character and how was her experience of working with National Award-winning actress Vidya Balan.
Actress Shefali Shah also talked about her character in the film Jalsa. Talking about her character in the film, she said Rukhsar has some aspirations. She is like any other mother who sets certain rules. That's all I can say about my character Rukhsar in Jalsa.
On being asked about her experience of working with Vidya Balan, Shefali said, I really admire Vidya Balan's work. When I look at Vidya as an actor I really wish that I have one-tenth of her quality. When you have a co-star with such an amazing caliber it only helps you to grow as an actor. I do not have many scenes with her in this film. But working alongside Vidya Balan in the film was a learning experience for me as an actor.
Jalsa features Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah in the leading roles. The film is set to be premiered on Amazon Prime Videos on the 18th of March.
