MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp,” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive. It was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji. The audience has given it a thumbs-up. Kangana Ranaut will be making her OTT debut with the show as the host where she will be guiding the contestants.

In the latest episode of Lock Upp, several contestants were given a few daring tasks in order to win private bathroom area access. While Poonam Pandey was asked to play a seductive princess, Shivam Sharma was asked to play a lover boy and Karanvir Bohra was asked to create misunderstandings  between Shivam and newest entrant Ali Merchant. Karanvir pokes Shivam against Ali. Shivam starts his fight saying Ali shouldn’t have come knowing his ex-wife Sara Khan is there. Shivam says, “Why are you here? You should go back to doing what you were doing.”

Ali replies saying who is he to question the producer’s choice and he was locked long back. They accuse each other not to butter and act sweet. Sara comes in between asking Shivam why is he using her name.

Lock Upp promises to be an engaging captive reality show with all the ingredients that will keep you glued to your seat. A daring celebrity host, compelling tasks, dramatic fights, and an exciting mix of contestants who will do anything and everything to survive in the show’s jail are the perfect amalgamation of entertainment.
