Scam actor Pratik Gandhi to share screen with Richa Chadha in Tigmanshu Dhulia's upcoming web series
MUMBAI: Richa Chadha and Scam 1992-fame Pratik Gandhi are all set to team up for a new web series, which will be directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Richa, who was recently seen in political drama Madam Chief Minister, has received rave reviews for her performance in the film. For Pratik, it was after the release of Hansal Mehta's Scam 1992 that people started taking notice of the actor and his claim to stardom was overnight. With a star cast as good as this, we can only anticipate that something really promising is in store for us.
Richa Chadha and Pratik Gandhi's web series will be an onscreen adaptation of the book Six Suspects by Vikas Swarup. Vikas Swarup is also the author of Slumdog Millionaire, which was turned into an Oscar-winning Hollywood film. The shooting of the web series will begin in March. The makers are yet to zero in on the supporting cast. Tigmanshu Dhulia, who has earlier helmed films like Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns and Shagird, will be directing the web series. However, the title of the series has not been decided yet.

Richa Chadha's film Madam Chief Minister released in the theatres recently. Madam Chief Minister is political drama and her performance in the film has garnered appreciation from all corners. The film, which released last week, also stars Saurabh Shukla, Manav Kaul and Akshay Oberoi.
Pratik Gandhi was last seen in Hansal Mehta directorial, web series Scam 1992 released on SonyLIV last year. The series is based on the 1992 stock market scam which was committed by Harshad Mehta. Pratik Gandhi played the titular role in the series.
