The label has announced its distribution partnership with the twin singing sensations’ label SuPra.
The duo has already charmed audiences with hits like 'Kehndi Haan Kehndi Naa' and 'Majnu'. Now, they are all set to kickstart a new leg of their music journey with their debut release of ‘Saath Tere’ on their label.
When talking about the song, "Saath Tere” is a soulful and heart-warming track written and composed by the talented Abhijay Sharma and is a beautiful representation of embarking on a journey with a loved one. It's a song that evokes wanderlust and the feeling of being lost in the beauty of new places, while sharing love and laughter with those who matter.

In our exclusive interview with Sukriti and Prakriti Kakar, we got the singing twins to open up on their hit songs like Kar Gayi Chull and Jhoome Jo Pathaan, rejections they've faced, their new channel, new music, going independent, and overall journey this far.
When asked – Why not release the song through a movie and why independently, Prakriti Kakar said, “Yehi toh change karna hai na. India ek aisi country hai jahan pe there are words like ‘film music’ and ‘non-film music’. Sirf India hi aisi country hai jahaan there is so much of distinction. There doesn’t need to be because everywhere else in the world music is just music and I think that’s what we’re here to change right? Bohot patli si ek line hai now and it’s getting narrower and narrower because aap kisi charts pe aap jaoge, some of the songs that are chart-top are also non-film and independent. I think the audience truly doesn’t care music kahaan se aa raha hai. Unko bas gaana acha lagna chahiye and most importantly gaana waha tak pohochna chahiye. And independent isiliye because, as it sounds, I think with independent music, with this independent new journey of SuPra, our new baby, our logo and our label now, we’re trying to just do things that feel right to us. We’ve obviously worked with so many different people but this is who we are, this is the music we like and this is something that we believe in and I just want more and more people to know truly about us so I think SuPra as a label is a little bit of an extension of Sukriti and Prakriti and jitna bhi music ye label pe jayega yeh all the songs are gonna be like our babies so I want them to be independent. I don’t want to follow a rule book, or a formula ke hit kya hota hai, commercial kya hota hai. This is the stuff that we love and we hope other people also love it.”
When asked – Big labels have some favorites, you don’t always get that freedom, even when you have good songs they are overlooked because they want remix. Have you’ll ever faced that?
Sukriti Said, “Of course, we have faced a lot of rejections. I feel like there are I could name atleast 10 super blockbusters that we have sung previously aur maybe 20 because we’ve been working for ab toh 9-10 saal hog aye toh itne gaane hai. Recently also it happens and I feel it’s a system so nobody is answerable to you actually. So I think you just have to wing it like jo hota hai hota hai jo nahi hota hai, we used to feel really bad before…”
Prakriti added to this, saying, “When we were younger, we used to cry, feel bad but I just think that see sometimes it’s really not right also when they make you sing for like 8-8 hours and sit in and do every little, you know because music is so personal, it’s ultimately style, right? Toh apni puri personality gaane ko de dete ho and then you get so attached because it’s a creative process and after that some singer comes and sings exactly the same thing you sung, it hurts like hell. It really hurts but I think, you know this Is funny I’m actually gonna quote KK, I’m such a big fan, always will be. He said this in an interview because imagine someone like KK also was feeling like they didn’t keep his voice for some song so every singer through it no matter how big or small you are but he said one thing in his interview that ‘I don’t feel so bad about myself. I feel bad about my fans because they didn’t get to hear me in that song’ and that’s something I really resonate with because mujhe toh pata hai main kya gaa sakti hu but it’s sad that the world will never get to see that you know. So that’s when I realized that you have to stop getting attached to what you sing, atleast for the films and focus on what you can control.”
Sukriti added to this and said, “There are also people who are very superstitious like they want to work with somebody specific so all that I don’t understand but I’m like okay matlab ye bhi hota hai so some people are superstitious and there’s favouritism also so there are all sorts of things but you know whatever works with whoever because not everybody’s the same. Everyone is different so you just have to wake up and try your best.”
