MUMBAI: Apoorva Mukhija, known as The Rebel Kid, has made a powerful comeback on the internet with a full-length YouTube video and posts on Instagram. In her latest video, she shared her side of the story, recounting her journey through difficult times. During her return to social media, she emphasized, “Don’t take away the story from the storyteller,” which garnered support from people all over the internet.
In a heartwarming gesture, she has announced that she will be donating all her earnings from her latest video to an NGO, The Laxmi Foundation, that supports acid attack victims, rape victims, and survivors of domestic violence.
"I want to donate all of the earnings through this video through my Adsense to an NGO that helps acid attack victims, rape victims and victims of domestic violence," Apoorva stated, showcasing her commitment to creating a positive change.
The foundation has also thanked Apoorva for her kind gesture by sharing a post on their social media.
She further said, "I was very scared of getting raped. I was very scared of having an acid attack. These are the causes that I really feel for"
She further added, "I hope young women look up to me and realise that sometimes all odds are against you but you should not give up and you can always come back till you believe in yourself. I hope you guys are influenced to fight for yourself, fight for your career, fight against odds and never ever stop believing yourself or stop dreaming"
Apoorva expressed gratitude for the support from her fans and close friends. Her selfless act inspires many, and her dedication to important causes is commendable.
