Pooja, who’s an actor and filmmaker, then revealed the reason why she was called to participate in Bigg Boss OTT 2. When she entered the Bigg Boss OTT house, she didn’t consider herself as the top rank, but viewers positioned her as first. She is content with any rank that her fellow housemates assign her, and she doesn't let the initial high spirits of these rankings define her entire experience, Pooja added.
Pooja is often seen sharing wise words with fellow contestants, to an extent that netizens are calling her ‘Pooja maa’. Pooja was seen giving a earful to Aaliya Siddiqui for talking about her former husband, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and then she was also seen consoling Falaq Naaz when she broke down while discussing her family’s plight when her brother, actor Sheezan Khan, was jailed after the suicide of Tunisha Sharma.
Aware of her persona on Bigg Boss OTT 2, Pooja further expresses that it is not about having a saintly attitude because she not seeking validation from rankings. Opening up about her journey in the Hindi film industry, she revealed that she doesn't have an addiction to spotlight, camera or attention. She was born into the industry, and would remain a part of it until the end. Her life doesn’t come to an end after Bigg Boss. Therefore, she won’t engage in activities that would disappoint her fans just for attention. Successful careers aren’t achieved through chance and talent, but ultimately, it’s about what we are made of, she adds.
